

After Link awakens, Hilda speaks to Link telepathically to explain the dichotomy between Hyrule and Lorule, and that Yuga Ganon's actions have caused Fissures to appear, linking both worlds. She leaves him in a road near the Lorulean Blacksmith's house. She takes him to another dimension, where she explains that he must retrieve the Seven Sages who are now scattered across Lorule and join forces with them to defeat Yuga Ganon. Hilda appears shortly thereafter to restrain him and allow Link to escape. When Link chases after Yuga to Lorule, he finds himself in Lorule Castle, where Yuga surrounds himself with the Paintings of the Seven Sages, using their power to obtain the Triforce of Power and merge with Ganon. During Link's quest to gain the Triforce of Courage, Hilda acts as a guide while he traverses Lorule. While Link is on his quest to save all the seven sages and Princess Zelda, Hilda can communicate with Link telepathically. She believes Link is a suitable candidate for the job. While her land is in a critical state of destruction, Hilda wishes for her land to have a hero. Princess Hilda appears to be Princess Zelda's Lorulean counterpart. The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild - The Champions' Ballad Review She is mainly shown, like Zelda, as a polite and serene girl, who also guides Link on his adventure to rescue the seven wise men and Zelda, but then reveals that it was all a hoax and that she used Link to complete the triforce and and have it for her,She also proved to be somewhat spiteful since she had a strong grudge against Ravio for having abandoned her, but after he convinces her to forget her obsession, she decides to do the right thing despite knowing that her kingdom will still die. Like Zelda, Hilda is a princess completely dedicated to the protection of her kingdom, however her desperation to save Lorule from destruction led her to make immoral decisions such as stealing Hyrule's triforce without caring that he would suffer just like Lorule. Hilda also has red eyes, in contrast to Zelda's blue eyes. However, Hilda's dress is sleeveless and includes a pair of long white gloves. Aside from the difference in color scheme, her clothing is near identical to Princess Zelda's attire. Hilda's staff is also tipped with an inverted Triforce, although in this case, the Triforce pattern is inscribed on a tetrahedron shape. In opposition to the Hyrulean Triforce, the Lorulean Triforce appears upside-down. Hilda also wears earrings positioned upside down to reflect the appearance of the late Lorulean Triforce. The Triforce patterns are designed on her attire. Hilda has a dark purple color scheme that matches her long dark hair. Ravio dressing as a rabbit can possibly be a reference to Bunny Link from A Link to the Past.Princess Hilda has a similar appearance to Princess Zelda in A Link Between Worlds, but is very distinct.It further hints at his intentions of stopping Yuga and Hilda, and implies that he used the remaining magic in his bracelet to travel to Hyrule, explaining why it did nothing until Yuga turned Link into a painting with the bracelet on. In Hero Mode, Link can find his journal that was left at the Vacant House. Given the rabbit-like hood that Ravio wears, it is possible that he is a masked follower. He instead traveled to Hyrule in hopes of discovering a hero who could stop the pair, and so ended up assisting Link in his journey.įollowing the defeat of Yuga, Ravio convinces Hilda to stop her plans. Not agreeing with the plan, he hoped to stop them but due to his nature, feared he could not stop the duo. Ravio learned that Hilda was planning to steal the Triforce from Hyrule with the help of Yuga.


He has pale skin, black hair, and green eyes but in other respects appears identical to Link. At the end of the game, it is revealed that Ravio is Link's Lorulean counterpart. As the game progresses, Ravio converts Link's house into his personal shop.

Ravio claims to be a traveling merchant and convinces Link to let him stay in his house. Link first meets Ravio after his first encounter with Yuga at the beginning of the game. Spoiler Alert! This section describes a subject that is sensitive to plot development.
